Coming Soon: The Last Ever Brighton the Musical

If you've never heard of or seen the long standing "Brighton the Musical" and you are a Brighton Resident, you've been missing out. But don't worry, there's still time to grab a seat at the Theatre Royal for the last ever show that will have you in stitches. And expect it to be an emotional farewell! Here's a little sneaky shot of what to expect.......

The Famous Brighton Sunday Market

It would be an injustice to have a blog about Brighton without mentioning the long standing Brighton Sunday Market. Originally being run at the train station carpark, thanks to lack of parking spaces the weekly market has found a new home at Brighton Marina Village. The market is extremely popular on sunny days, and super keen bargain hunters start at about 7am to browse through trinkets and treasures, vintage clothing, second hand and restored furniture and car boot boxes.

If you're planning a visit - wrap up warm, it's windy on the 8th floor of the open air sea front car park! And if you have a dog, take it with you so it can get in everyone's way as the sunday shoppers trundle their way through the thin corridors between stalls fighting for the steal of the century to take on the Antiques Roadshow.

We like the Brighton Pizza Express Guy

Just been to Pizza Express in Jubilee Square Brighton, for the second time in about 6 weeks. It was a nice surprise when the waiter greeted us and said he recognised us from last time. We remembered him to, because he was friendly and good at his job. He has short curly hair and big geek glasses (the trendy type) If he serves you, give him a nice tip.

The lesser spotted dragon car - Seen in Brighton

The Argus have recently run a little feature about a Dragon car, seen in Lincoln Street, Brighton. They want to know who it belongs to. I know who's it is, how it was made, why it was parked there and where it is now. Shall I tell the Argus or shall I keep it a secret???
